Q) What advice you would give to future participants when entering?

Just give it a try. The way in which the competition is scored (assuming it is the same as last year) takes a wide range of skills and aptitudes into account, so that every one has an opportunity to shine. Simply applying and attending the awards ceremony will bring you into contact with a wide range of participants and judges who may become future mentors or friends.

Q) What talent are you on the lookout this year?

I’m looking for anyone who stands out in a wide range of areas. Some women stand out because they demonstrate the opportunity to reach senior levels and excel in supporting other women; other candidates stand out due to their outstanding technical capability and potential. I always look forward to reading the entries, due to the wide range of entrants.
