CELEBRATING THE WOMEN LEADERS IN ELECTRONICS

The Women Leaders in Electronics Awards by Electronics Weekly  is back for its third year, shining a spotlight on the incredible women shaping the future of electronics. With over 200 industry attendees in 2025, this prestigious event celebrates rising stars and established leaders alike, providing a platform to recognise talent and inspire more women to pursue careers in electronics. By honouring individual excellence alongside the efforts of companies and male allies promoting inclusion, the awards embody a collective commitment to advancing innovation and equality across the sector.

HOW TO ENTER THE AWARDS

Step 1 - Look at the categories and select the award category.

Step 2 - Fill out the nomination form (you can nominate yourself or someone else), it will take only 2 minutes.

Step 3 - After nominations close, nominees will be contacted to complete the official entry.

Step 4 - Entries are judged and the shortlist is announced.

Step 5 - Winners are revealed at the Women Leaders in Electronics Awards ceremony on 29 April 2026.

No, you do not need to hold a leadership position to enter the awards. There are 18 categories available, including one determined by judges. Many categories are open to individuals at all stages of their careers.

Anyone can enter the awards! Whether it's a colleague, friend, or relative in the electronics industry, or even yourself! 

Nominations close on Thursday 12 January 2026. After you submit a nomination, our team will contact the nominee to inform them of their nomination and encourage them to complete an official entry.

Nominating for the awards is free of charge and you can enter as many categories as you like
