Q. What excites you most about judging this year’s Women Leaders in Electronics Awards?

For me, it's the stories of resilience behind the success. Many of these women were once advised against pursuing electronics; seeing how they have channeled that passion into driving real impact and reshaping the sector is really exciting.

Q. Why do you think the Women Leaders in Electronics Awards are important for the electronics sector, especially in recognising and elevating women’s leadership?

I think it is extremely important for awards such as Women Leaders in Electronics Awards to highlight and recognise women's leadership because it bridges the visibility gap present in the Electronics sector. We are not just recognising individual excellence, we are providing young girls with role models that they need, to see themselves as the future leaders of this sector.
