CamCare UK is a Cambridge-based charity advancing STEM education, engineering skills development, and community inclusion through practical, hands-on learning programmes. Its academic wing, the Cambridge Electronics and Robotics Club (CERC), delivers structured training in electronics, robotics, embedded systems, IoT, and AI for school students and young innovators. Through workshops, mentoring, and participation in national and international competitions such as FIRST LEGO League, CERC helps build early engineering capability and confidence. Together, CamCare UK and CERC create accessible pathways into technology careers while supporting diversity in STEM and strengthening the UK’s future engineering talent pipeline through community-led innovation and engagement.
