Rachel is one of the long service employee started with the company 1995 as an operator, her career within the process team started 2004 when she appointed as Technician then promoted to the Process Engineer role as of 2010 and growing in her role since.

Rachel was able to utilize her experience in dry etch to introduce the 90M trench process at Newport on a completely different toolset than the originating fab. The process required 3 critical steps to be developed which she did on schedule and matched to the originating site. Rachel is excellent at sharing here experience and knowledge with other member of the process team. She has mentored 2 junior engineers over the past couple of years. Each of these engineers have been able to develop to the point of contributing much earlier than any of their peers as a result of Rachels influence.
